In the City of Buenos Aires and its surroundings, another day of intense heat wave was experienced, with a thermal sensation that exceeded 40 degrees. The National Meteorological Service decided to raise the weather alert from yellow to orange, anticipating the arrival of storms for tonight.

After the high temperatures recorded on Thursday, with peaks of 47 degrees and a power outage on Wednesday, the day unfolded with intense heat in the Buenos Aires Metropolitan Area. The orange alert covers the Federal Capital, as well as the northern and western areas of the region.

According to the forecast, relief is expected tonight with the arrival of storms of varying intensities, causing a significant drop in temperatures. Rain will continue during the early morning and Saturday morning, which is International Women's Day, with a maximum of 24 degrees expected.

Sunday is expected to be mostly clear, with temperatures ranging between 13 and 21 degrees. Pleasant weather conditions will be maintained on Monday, with a maximum of 22 degrees, and this trend is expected to continue in the following days.
